Process, not just results

The journey so far.

BrainBoard wasn't built in a sprint. It grew, broke, got rebuilt, and grew again. Here are the milestones that mattered.

  1. Jan 2025

    The spreadsheet era

Started as a personal Google Sheet juggling classes, budget, and workouts. Quickly outgrew itself.

  2. Mar 2025

    First prototype

Built a single-module React prototype to track GPA and study sessions. Realized everything in life needed the same treatment.

  3. Jun 2025

    The unified data model

Landed on a generic 'module entries' schema with row-level security. One backbone, infinite modules.

  4. Sep 2025

    Cross-module MindMate

Wired the Lovable MindMate gateway in. Sleep + exam + budget could finally talk to each other in smart nudges.

  5. Mar 2026

    Household & family expansion

Added meal plans, family calendar, caregiver log, packages, and pet tracking.

  6. May 2026

    Official launch

Brainboard Studio went live to the public. A calm, low-stimulation life OS for neurodivergent minds.

  7. Jun 2026

    User reviews opened

Opened a real user review section so the community could share what works — no fake testimonials.

  8. Jul 2026

    146 tools and modules

As of today, the platform has 146 tools and modules across life domains like school, work, health, home, finance, and growth.

Reflection: Every milestone here started as a problem I had myself. The roadmap is real-life shaped, not market-research shaped.
